Wow wi info overload;) I have basically no health training what so ever, right. So I need help in over all health, right. First things first that I may pace myself concerning structure with getting my over all health in check. I would like to know some helpful ways of streching, for instance when venturing out to start a cardio training excercise such as running to promote healthy living and weight loss what type of suggestion would be profitable to promote success and limit potential injuries

@miscuser69 Good question. Well you’d have to listen to you body then. Try this…Mon,tues, thur, fri, you should feel a not quite full after eating, NOT STARVING, but like you could eat more, but choose not to. Those are your low calorie days. On sat, sun, wed, you should feel like you are satisfied after eating. those are “normal” calorie days. But remember to always focus on eating natural foods, they are best for you.

My understanding is muscle tissue is the most energy inefficient of all tissue in your body, that is, it burns the most energy per kilo/pound of tissue. So if you lose muscle instead of fat, when you return to your old diet you get fatter because you dont have as much muscle tissue to burn energy, which is another reason to maintain muscle whilst losing weight.
