try to use some creams for cellulite, massage them in really good, that you feel that area is warm.

okay so i just did this after 2 sessions of treadmill intervall training and strength training…this seriously did finish off my workout perfectly…i was so dead after doing everything, this is definitely going to be added to my workouts

Try drinking more water if you don’t already as well as green tea, or lemon water. Also eating a clean diet of mainly fruit and vegetables, nothing processed will help. And massage the area firmly to break down fatty deposits. I’ve been doing this for a couple weeks now and already notice a difference. I hope this helps you x
